Legal Basis for Processing: We process your data based on: (a) contractual necessity — to fulfill our obligations under any service agreement; (b) legitimate interest — to improve our services and respond to inquiries; and (c) consent — where you have explicitly opted in to receive marketing communications.

Data Retention: Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, plus a period of up to 5 years to comply with Spanish commercial and tax record-keeping obligations. Marketing consent data is retained until withdrawal of consent.

Refund Policy

At VectorForgeHub, we strive to deliver exceptional web engineering services. We recognize that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund framework to ensure fairness and transparency.

Project-Based Services: Refunds for project-based engagements are evaluated based on the milestone completion status at the time of cancellation. If work has not commenced, a full refund minus a 5% administrative processing fee will be issued within 14 business days. If work has partially commenced, refundable amounts are calculated proportionally based on completed deliverables as outlined in the project scope agreement.

Retainer and Subscription Services: Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Any prepaid period beyond the current billing cycle will be refunded in full. No partial-month refunds are issued for active service periods.

Non-Refundable Items: Domain registrations, third-party software licenses, stock assets purchased on behalf of the client, and completed design work approved and signed off by the client are non-refundable.

Refund Process: To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your project reference number and the reason for the request. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding refund eligibility, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before pursuing mediation or legal remedies under applicable Spanish law.

Terms of Service

Operating Entity: VectorForgeHub, Calle Rambla, 8 - 16220, Quintanar del Rey, Cuenca, España.

By accessing or using the services provided by VectorForgeHub ("the Company," "we," "us"), you ("the Client," "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not engage our services.

1. Scope of Services: VectorForgeHub provides web development, design, infrastructure, and consulting services as described in individual project proposals and service agreements. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or contract accepted by both parties.

2. Payment Terms: Unless otherwise specified in the project agreement, invoices are due within 15 days of issue. A deposit of 40% of the total project fee is required before work commences. Remaining payments are tied to project milestones as outlined in the proposal. Late payments incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

3. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment of all invoiced amounts, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed work product are transferred to the Client. VectorForgeHub retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless explicitly restricted in the project agreement. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and internal tools used during development remain the property of VectorForgeHub.

4. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 3 years.

5. Limitation of Liability: VectorForgeHub's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with 15 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Delivered work product and partial deliverables are transferred to the Client upon payment.

7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, pandemic, or infrastructure failures.

8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cuenca, España.

9. Modifications: VectorForgeHub reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued engagement after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
